A worked day makes the daily table concrete. A SGD 10,000 net loss returns a SGD 30 bonus, which comes to SGD 58 once the extra is added, and x3 means SGD 174 in bets before the SGD 50 minimum withdrawal applies. Deposits already used for another promotion are excluded from cash back, so a bonus deposit and a cash back claim do not stack on the same money.

Weekly cashback is worked out on your net loss for the whole week, and how net loss is counted matters more than the headline percentage, because withdrawals, bonuses, free credit and rebate are all deducted first. Read all three of these rewards for what they are. Cashback returns a small share of a loss; it never makes the loss good, and reaching a bigger band means losing more first.

Every account starts at Normal. The first two promotions are measured over three months, after which the targets become monthly.

Tiers move one step at a time, and status is updated between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Gold, Platinum and Diamond also carry a monthly maintenance figure of SGD 75,000, SGD 150,000 and SGD 300,000. Dedicated VIP assistance starts at Silver.

Your birthday money follows the same ladder: SGD 88 at Normal and Bronze, SGD 388 at Silver, SGD 588 at Gold, SGD 888 at Platinum, SGD 1,388 at Diamond and SGD 3,888 at Black Diamond. The x8 applies to the bonus alone, so SGD 88 asks for SGD 704 in bets. Silver and above need five deposits in each of the three months before the birthday, and Normal needs ten.

There is also One Easy Step VIP. Black Diamond is reached by invitation rather than by a published target.
